Refurb Cottage at Knowbury

Knowbury Cottage, We were appointed as main contractor to extend existing dwelling and complete renovation of existing derelict structure, The job had a small budget, and all work excluding internal and external decoration, was completed for under 50k, The work comprised, New floors, first floor extension, underpinning, roofing, new external joinery, rewire, oil fired central heating, internal joinery, plastering, kitchen and bathroom, external hardscaping. 

The job was completed with in budget, and within the 4 month dead line, the job was completed to a budget spec with clients still to undertake internal and external decoration.
